  1. Can multiple Users be logged-in at the same time?

    • Yes, an unlimited amount of Users can be logged-in at the same time.

  2. Is there a limit to how many Users we can have?

    • No, there is no limit to how many Users you may have.

  3. Can I assign a User to more than 1 school location?

    • Yes. To add another organization to a User's profile you'll need to select Edit on their User Profile and select Next to get to Step 2 where an Organization, Role, and Notification preference can be set.

  4. Will Admin Users and Report Managers be opted into receiving Incident and Messager alerts by default?

    • Yes, but please note a mobile number is required in each profile for this to work properly.

  5. After unsubscribing from STOPit SMS alerts, I've decided I'd like to receive them again. What can I do?

    • Text "START" or "YES" or "UNSTOP" to 980-748-4320. You'll also want to check your notification settings in your profile by logging-in to STOPit Admin and reviewing your Settings.

  6. Where do I adjust my email and SMS alert preferences?

    • Settings > My Profile.
