How to: Build your "Resources"

Develop a list of resources that will promote an organized access point for members of your community

Updated over 2 months ago

An important part of both HELPme and STOPit are the resources you can provide through a centralized area in the app. Adding resources enables students to access self-help tools anonymously so that they don't feel shame when they or their families need support. This not only addresses immediate needs but nurtures long-term wellness and resilience. By enhancing our app with rich resources, we provide on-demand tools and accurate information tailored to manage emotional and mental challenges effectively. This proactive approach supports our students, families, and staff, fostering an environment of safety and care.

It's recommended you add any existing resources you are already sharing with your school community. Additionally, here at STOPit Solutions we have put together a full resource library that we encourage you to pull from.

Recommended Resources

To start, think about what categories of resources you have. Each resource can have customized availability per location, may be highlighted, and/or categorized to promote ease of the user's experience.

Example

Each resource can have a website, phone number, and/or text line listed for an immediately accessible means to connect.
